Peru Capili Coffee

The Capili Community in Cajamarca sets an impressive example of what the power of collective motivation can achieve. The Capili community spans 197 farms across over 570 hectares, 130 of which are part of a conservation zone. From 2020 to 2022, the Capili Community optimized the processing of their fully washed coffee to save over 93% water usage in their commitment to sustainability.
